DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
- If more than 6 weeks remain before your stay, one
third of the full cost is required to confirm your booking. Telephone
bookings will only be held for 5 working days.
- The balance of the full rental charge is payable at the
latest by six weeks prior to your expected arrival date. Non-receipt of the
balance six weeks in advance shall be deemed to be cancellation of the
booking.
- If you are booking less than 6 weeks ahead, the full
rental charge is payable immediately and also confirms your booking.
- In the event of cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to the
start of your stay, your deposit will be returned in full, less a £20
charge to cover our additional costs in seeking to re-let the period
involved.
- In the event of cancellation within the last six weeks
prior to the start of stay, re-imbursement (less £20 charge) is only
guaranteed if it proves possible to re-let the period involved.
